Bye-Bye Bats!!
We have a problem with bats that is getting worse. Given that bats are a health hazard (rabies, histoplasmosis), we need to get them to leave and encourage them not to return. We have engaged a humane wildlife control company to make this happen BUT there is a substantial cost involved. Should you wish to help with our Bye-Bye Bats Program, please feel free to add any amount to Management in your donation. Any questions should be directed to Monica K at monicaknott3@gmail.com
Stairwell storage
Sandy has indicated that the many materials stored in the balcony stairwell is a Fire Hazard. I am hoping that the various committees that have used this area would take a look at the items and determine what is still wanted or required. Items can be stored in room 20, or if this is not appropriate, we can find a space somewhere else. Whatever is left or unwanted can be donated or other wise. If anyone is uncertain as to which areas, consult with Sandy. Thank you.
